UP's daily M-NYRO rolls west at Orem's Lakota Junction with 101 cars in tow after making a 40 car pick up at Provo. Utah Transit Authority's ''Front Runner '' trackage can be seen swooping off the to the right in the foreground with Maple Mountain in the distance. In tow is UP SD40-2 No.3680 heading for Roper Yard in Salt Lake City for it's 90 day inspection, 3680 has been working on the LJL 57 (Provo-Lynndyl Local). 6295 is former Southern Pacific GE AC4400 No. 218 built in 1995. |
