Their was a time in the early years of BNSF when more variety could be found along the mainline. Such was the case in the late winter of 1999 when BNSF 3030 a former Santa Fe GP40X prepares to m`ke it's journey from Provo to the mile high city of Denver,CO. 3030 was built in August 1978 as Santa Fe 3800,Was painted in H1 colors in 1998.
