Description:  BNSF's Q-STPV-J approaching Provo's 820 North Grade Crossing. A base has been sez up on the left side of the UP right-of-way as part of the I-15 reconstruction project between Salt Lake City and Spanish Fork taking right through the heart of Utah County. All this has made chasing and photographing trains in Utah Valmey a challenge even on a bicycle.
